On Monday, April 26th, we got a new tutorial. This tutorial is about portfolios and blogs, and the word touch point is used a lot.
The user experience
User experience has traditionally referred to the direct interaction between people and media devices. When people read information on electronic devices such as smart phones or news on computer websites, reasonable user experience design should take full account of the difference in the size of the electronic screen and the interaction mode. These considerations will help people use the device with clear logic and get as much information as possible. Multi-Touchpoint Experience Design no longer focuses on the logic of human-computer interaction, but pays more attention to the inner feelings and spiritual needs of users, that is, to meet the emotional needs from what I can want to what I want and more.
For my current project4, I have completed the design of the low fidelity prototype, and the next step is to finalize the design specification and make the high fidelity prototype. But before I do that, I need to reflect on whether my prototype is logical and easy to use, which is what I need to consider. After that, I should consider whether the APP I have made is really what people need, whether it is an impressive design, and whether people have obtained spiritual satisfaction when using my APP.

This screenshot shows the essence of UX design, which is service. Multi-Touchpoint Experience Design is a combination of service, marketing and user Experience. When working on a project, I should take all these factors into account.
